I can´t
believe that I finally finish the English programme in the university, how time
flies!
About what
was for me this subject, I think that the obligation of the university about coming
to learn English is very boring and a mere formality. Really, because it’s an
obligation it’s boring... but I have to say that anyway I have entertained with
the exercises, the teacher and my classmates. I would like to express my
gratitude to the teacher, because she always have so much energy and a good disposition
for teach us. Also she always shows very compressive with the student movement
and his strikes, at difference from others teachers in English.
I believe
that doing blogs is some of the best exercises to learn English… but in my
opinion it would be more pedagogical to be talking in English a lot all the
time. When someone learns specific things you tend to forgive it very soon…
it’s in the constant practice when you really learn. That’s because I really
believe that going to a country where the English is the principal language, is
the best way to learn English. I hear about many people that learn in this way,
even when they not know anything about the language.
I have to
improve my pronunciation and learn more words and some things of the grammar or
syntax. I hope to go someday to an English-speaking country and then learn this
language to the level of speaking without problems. Anyway, if I can’t do it by
now, I could listen to English-speaking TV series or read this language in
papers or something.
In these
days I practically don’t use English to speak. I just use it to sing or understand
the songs of bands that are wrote in English, but, for example, I never met
some foreigner to speak with him or her. But sometimes, I like to speak in English
with my little sister (she is 13 years old), for make some jokes that our mom
can’t understand, for sing our favorite songs, and sometimes we read the news
and the spoilers of the series that we follow, like The walking dead, or the
Game of Thrones.
